"India competed at the 2018 Asian Games in Jakarta and Palembang, Indonesia, from 18 August to 2 September. Neeraj Chopra was the flag bearer for the opening ceremony while Rani Rampal was named as the flag bearer for the closing ceremony. They finished the games at 70 medals including 20 golds Medals in Athletics. "

"India competed at the 2014 Asian Games in Incheon, South Korea, from 19 September to 4 October 2014. They finished the games at 65 medals including 14 golds Medals in Athletics. "

"India participated in the 2010 Asian Games in Guangzhou, China between 12–27 November 2010. The contingent was led by Gagan Narang. India put up its best ever performance at Asian Games. They finished the games at 65 medals including 12 Medals in Athletics which is India's second best performance ever since inception of Asian Games in 1951."
